After noticing the increasing demand for talent in Europe – and the positive effects of hiring globally – Katharina found her passion: the intersection of global mobility and technology. Therefore, she founded relokate in 2020 to make global hiring for companies effortless.

As an American who grew up in Germany and studied in the Netherlands, Skylar has spent most of her life bouncing between cultures and countries. Having sorted out plenty of paperwork and new beginnings along the way, Skylar loves helping others make their own relocations less stressful and a lot more exciting. With a third culture kid perspective and a genuine curiosity about people, Skylar brings energy, empathy and a creative spirit to every move.
